Michelle has a degree in Public Communications and has eight years experience in design and delivery of training both in the technical and softer skill areas, as a manager and as an instructor. She has developed computer based training curriculum and skill based training programs for a large insurance company. She has also served in a management role in assessing and managing a training staff of 20 instructors that supports over 2000 line staff employees.
