Experience

Bob has a B.S. in Accounting and served in a number of positions with increasing levels of responsibility in a fortune 500 company's Financial Department for 39 years. During that time he held positions in Cost Accounting, Payroll and Finance. In addition he spent nine years in the dual role of Manager of Human Resources and Plant and Division Controller. While in that position he successfully negotiated bi-annual contracts, reduced Workers Compensation payments by $200,000 annually, received full compliance on several Affirmative Action Audits, and reorganized the customer service and credit departments.
