Experience
Jack has over 34 years experience in Human Resources and Operations
in major leadership roles. He worked for a fortune 500 heavy manufacturing
company in a variety of positions of increasing levels of accountability and
responsibility. He successfully negotiated bi-annual contracts with 7 different
unions in the United States, Canada and Mexico representing production and maintenance
workers, without work interruptions. In addition, successfully negotiated the first
ever five-year collective bargaining agreements with five different unions representing
production and maintenance workers, without interruptions. He was also responsible for
the needs analysis and the development, implementation as well as maintenance of programs
to meet those needs.
In his operations roles he increased the financial performance of two operating
locations by over $100,000 each over a 14-month period, while at the same time
improving customer service. Jack also reduced Accounts Receivable outstanding
by $3,000,000 over a 12-month period. In addition, he was responsible for all
direction and planning for the operations of multiple locations for ensuring the
business viability.
