We have performed supervisor training on Title VII of the Civil Right Act prohibiting discrimination, understanding sexual harassment from training, policy, and practice and reporting procedures.

Our consultants help supervisors understand their roles in helping to create an environment in which employees perceive they have a voice and are treated fairly, and are confident their concerns are heard and addressed.

Our consultants can assist supervisors in the understanding and application of the progressive discipline process. In particular, we can assist supervisors in decisions concerning, when, where and what to apply to any situation. Our consultants have extensive experience with normal and unusual employee performance situations.
