Recruitment, Hiring, and Orientation

Northeast HR for Hire can assist clients in all aspects of the employment process depending upon the client's needs. Our consultants offer the following services related to the recruitment, hiring and orientation of employees:

  • Compose written job descriptions and evaluate them for relativity both internally and externally.
  • Design advertisements and perform searches for qualified applicants.
  • Pre-screen resumes and applications based on the required skills for the position.
  • Analyze and prepare job application forms for clients.
  • Conduct interviews for all classifications of positions, from general staff to top management.
  • Determine employee eligibility requirements in order to verify the I -9 process.
  • Assist the client in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act including understanding of the definitions under the law. We can provide a practical hands-on approach to "Reasonable Accommodation" to avoid undue hardship for the employer.
  • Train (potential) interviewers on the correct procedures regarding pre-employment inquiries. Our consultants will train supervisors and interviewers on the proper techniques necessary to remain in compliance with regulations covering ADA, Age, Criminal History and Title VII (i.e., questions that can and cannot be asked).
  • Perform background checks for the client and/or evaluate the various vendors available to perform background checks.
  • Assist the client in the preparation of employee and supervisory manuals and/or analyze and update any current employee supervisory manuals.
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures to cover the probationary employment period and its benefit entitlements.
