  • Fitness for Duty - Our consultants will evaluate whether a post-job offer physical is needed to determine the fitness for duty of the position being offered in order to hire a quality applicant and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Record Keeping - We will conduct a thorough audit of the company's medical record keeping in order to verify and sustain the quality of such record keeping and ensure compliance with State and Federal legislation.
  • Workplace Accidents - In the event of a workplace accident or non-occupational disability we can assist the client in establishing gate-keeping controls to ensure proper handling of the case and a speedy return to work.
  • Physician's Progress Reports - We can assist the client in reviewing the treating physician's progress reports and procedures to facilitate a speedy and healthy return to work.
  • Case/Claims Management - The management of a case involves two major aspects. The first is case management, which involves monitoring the treatment portion of the case by the treating physician to ensure a return to full and productive employment. Our consultants are trained to establish and maintain contact with the injured employee and his physician and coordinate a plan with the company to facilitate a speedy return to work. The second aspect is the claims management portion. This involves using the case management information to adequately communicate and gate keep the work of the third party administrator or insurance company so there is a smooth transition back to work for the injured employee.
  • Return to Work - We can assist clients in the development of return to work programs that accomplish the goal of getting the injured employee back to work in a timely and safe manner. We can also assist in the development of light duty programs to encourage employees to come back to work sooner and contribute their valuable work skills while at the same time easing the employee back into full and productive employment. Return to work and light duty programs can benefit the company by cutting down on other employee workloads and overtime as well as saving the company money and time spent compensating for the injured employee's absence.
  • Compliance - We can also assist the client by evaluating the facility for compliance with life safety codes and the Americans with Disabilities requirements.
