We can assist clients in the detail of putting together written position descriptions based on duties and skills required. These position descriptions can be for regular full time or part time positions, temporary full or part time or seasonal positions.
We can perform an analysis of the written job description based on the duties and responsibilities compared to any particular evaluation product such as Hay Associates evaluation.
We can then determine the relevancy of the position with the current classification system of the client.
We can assist the client in development and implementation of a classification system that fits the wage and salary compensation system in place.
We can develop within the job evaluation and compensation system the appropriate probationary periods and how they apply to the various classes of employee positions.
We can also assist in the development of the appropriate evaluation systems.
