We have experience in assisting clients with plant closing legislative research, strategic planning and implementation.
We are familiar with dispute resolution processes including mediation and arbitration. We have represented clients at each step of the grievance procedure up to and including Arbitration. We have assisted clients in the case analysis, preparations and presentation of Arbitration cases.
Our consultants are private arbitrators.
We are familiar with the laws governing collective bargaining. Our consultants have represented management at the bargaining table in supportive roles or as the chief negotiators.
We have developed and implemented programs for maintaining non-Union status and counseled clients on what to do when the Union shows up. We have counseled clients on their rights under the National Labor Relations Board. We have trained clients on the do's and don'ts concerning Union-organizing efforts.
We have experience with the establishment of joint labor management committees and a thorough understanding of the areas of business where these committees apply and are successful.
We are well versed in various Quality Improvement techniques including "Performance Management" and "Continuous Improvement".
