Northeast HR for Hire is a full service Human Resource Company. Our goal is to become and function as the Human Resource department for small and medium size businesses.

We are currently engaged with a number of businesses providing a variety of services. First, we provide on-site service for a business a few hours a week overseeing their human resource function. We assist an outside provider in the production of payroll by doing time and attendance, and assist a third party in the administration of their 401k by providing a summary of deferrals. We administer their Section 125 plan to ensure compliance, and provide expertise for Worker's Compensation and short-term disability. In short we meet their needs because they are not large enough for an in-house function, but need the expertise, which we provide on a part time basis. Here is an example of on site servicing.

Secondly, we are working for other clients on special projects such as development of an employee handbook, while ensuring it is customized to meet their policies and procedures. We are also working for another to examine and recommend the best delivery of payroll and benefits to their employees. Example of a special project.

Lastly, we work for clients on an as needed basis for individual employee relations' issues such as individual discipline and termination cases. We assist clients in progressive discipline procedures that are directed towards behavior change while at the same time providing the appropriate documentation if termination becomes an issue.
